Pro-Cut Brake Skimming
If you're suffering from poor brake performance due to brake judder or corrosion then the Pro-Cut brake lathe is a great way to recondition your brake discs. Brake judder can be caused by a few things including hub runout. Having a lathe that follows the path of the hub means that the discs are tailored to the car perfectly meaning that you get great brake performance from the first push of the pedal.
- The cutting process only removes the smallest of material, just enough to resurface / correct.
- Can be done on any brake disc: vented, solid, slotted, dimpled or cross-drilled.
- Quick process - cutting can be completed in sometimes as little as 10 minutes per disc (complex jobs will take longer).
- Saves on the cost of unnecessarily purchasing new discs.

Air Conditioning Regassing
Our staff are fully trained in regassing all types of vehicle air conditioning systems. Each vehicle is automatically checked for leaks by monitoring for any pressure drops. Once the system has been regassed you can once again enjoy the ice cold air conditioning like it was when the car left the factory.
We also offer, as an option, a treatment of Forté Air Conditioning Steriliser and Deodoriser which will effectively neutralise unpleasant odours that are emitted from air conditioning systems that have not been in use for a length of time. These odours are caused by mould and fungi that breeds in the moisture that builds up on the evaporator. Bacteria is released which can affect the health of passengers with flu-like symptoms, commonly known as ‘sick car syndrome’. Forté Air Conditioning Steriliser and Deodoriser contains an antimicrobial agent that will eliminate the mould and fungi. The cleaning agent is non solvent and is not harmful to humans or animals, nor will it affect any components in the ventilation system or materials in the passenger cabin such as wood, leather, plastic or fabric. The treatment has a dual benefit in that it also deodorises the interior of the vehicle. Not only does it remove the damp musty smell emanating from the ventilation system, but it also eliminates animal smells and stale smoke smells from the interior upholstery. The treatment leaves a fresh citrus smell for customer satisfaction.
